You know you've done well when your dinner guest is so enthusiastic about your side dish that he has gone back for seconds and thirds and it looks like he might go as far as to bathe in the sauce.

My friend makes a similar (AMAZING) remoulade (not sure where she originally got the recipe):

    3/4 C Sour Cream
    1/4 C Mayo
    3 Tablespoons Chopped Red Onion
    2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
    1 Tablespoon + 1 Teaspoon Chopped Capers
2 teaspoons Lemon Zest (finely grated)
    2 teaspoons Dried Tarragon
    1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Sugar
    1/4 teaspoon Pepper

    * whisk all together & refrigerate about 2 hours.

Thanks Sassypants, I'm going to have to try this one out! It sounds really good. Maybe with some artichokes? :)
